EZ KL Smart Park is a prepaid system for vehicle parking payment system which is used for transactions made online through a smartphone. The headings in these conditions are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of any parties.

This Agreement shall take effect from the date of commencement of the Service when the Customer's Mobile Telephone is connected or the Customer's account is activated and shall continue to be in force until terminated in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

EZ KL Smart Park shall not responsible or any other cause whether similar or dissimilar outside of EZ KL Smart Park's control for any breach of this Agreement caused by an act of any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of both parties, natural disasters, wars, revolutions, riots, civil unrest, acts of civil enemies, sanctions, nuclear waste, radioactive, explosive toxic, government actions in its sovereign capacity, lightning strike, blockade of work, boycott, fire, failure of communication line or utility, power failure, earthquake, flood, landslides or others natural disaster.

This Privacy Policy only applies to use of, transactions made, Personal Information and data gathered on websites and mobile apps that are owned and/or operated by, or by authorized third parties on behalf of, EZ KL Smart Park (each a  "Site" , and collectively the  "Sites" ), or by any of the other means described in this Privacy Policy.

We created this Privacy Policy to help you understand how we collect Personal Information, what information we collect, how we use it, the steps we take to safeguard it, and the choices you have regarding how it may be used and disclosed. • EZ KL Smart Park is responsible for the collection, security and integrity of such of any data captured from for the web page, portal, apps collected transferred to the payment processor in an encrypted file.

• EZ KL Smart Park assumes responsibility for security and integrity of such transaction data that they may retain in transaction data history files.

• Where delivery of the transaction data occurs, we assume responsibility for security, integrity and delivery of such transaction data until such delivery occurs.

• EZ KL Smart Park operates and maintains responsibility for keeping in good working order. Although we endeavor to ensure the EZ KL Smart Park will do its best to protect your personal data, by having agreed commitments in our contract with the provider.

• We cannot guarantee hundred percent of the security of your data entered via t web pages, apps, or portals. Any transmission is at your own risk and you should take the appropriate steps in respect of this risk.

• EZ KL Smart Park and our partners use cookies and other technologies to remember personal information when you use our website, online services, and applications. Our goal in these cases is to make your experience with EZ KL Smart Park more convenient and personal.

All prices of parking include rates per hours are stated on the platform for the time given. Prices can change at any time but will not affect the bookings and payment which have already made.

Please note this Privacy Policy can change from time to time. We expect most such changes to be minor, but we will post those changes as they occur.

When a User have made payment, fee will be implemented in user’s specified bank account and prepaid credit will be added in user’s EZ KL Smart Park application account.

All Prepaid payment shall be available for users once payment has been made.

Policy Refund only applied for e-point balance or credit balance in the account. Refund for parking fee paid via ESP will not be allowed or entertained. The refund is only applicable to registered customers to our services. ESP will only refund upon termination of account. Customer need to ensure that the Bank Account Holder's Name same as the registered details of the customer. Refund to third party account holder is not allowed. ESP will only process refund in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. Refund request will take up to seven (14) working days upon Refund request accepted. Customer can park his/her vehicle at any EZ KL Smart Park designated open space vehicle parking at various locations. The parking fee will be deducted from the Customer Prepaid EZ KL Smart Park account.
